Heavenly Ways to Enjoy Rice
Caviar Temari Sushi: A Divine Rice Treat You Can Pop in One Bite!
Hello everyone!
Spread the sushi rice onto a sheet of seaweed, then flip it over to wrap around slices of salmon (make sure to wrap all the tools with plastic wrap to prevent sticking). Place slices of mango on top. Wrap it all up with plastic wrap to make it easier to cut, and then it’s ready to be plated.
With about 200g of rice left, you can shape it into four small rice balls (moisten your hands with water to prevent sticking). Arrange thick slices of salmon on top and add finger limes. It’s just perfect!
Today I made these lovely round temari sushi. They look great and taste delicious. The preparation is really simple. Just use plastic wrap to enclose the rice and ingredients, and you’re all set. They’re so cute when you can eat them in one bite!
Ingredients:
Salmon, sweet shrimp sashimi, Arctic shellfish, eel, shredded egg, avocado, mango, caviar, wasabi
Steps:
- Prepare all the ingredients.
- Pour sushi vinegar and black sesame seeds into the rice and mix well. Shape it into small balls and set aside.
- Place the ingredients on a piece of plastic wrap, then put the rice on top. Use the plastic wrap to wrap them up tightly.
- After wrapping tightly, open the plastic wrap and decorate the surface with caviar and wasabi.
Adding some caviar as a garnish instantly elevates the sense of luxury and ceremony. It’s not only low in calories and high in protein but also has a smooth texture and a popping sensation in the mouth. It’s truly delicious! These colorful sushi balls are perfect for a picnic or an elegant afternoon tea with friends.
